Brewed and packaged coffees
from Irving Farm,
Millerton
Founded in Millerton, Irving Farm Coffee Company
is a specialty roaster of premium coffee beans grown on estate
farms around the world. All coffee is roasted in an early 19th
century carriage house that has been converted into a modern roasting
facility.
Estate grown coffee beans are shipped directly
to Irving Farm where they are stored in a climate-controlled environment.
Before roasting, each bean undergoes extensive study and cupping
to determine its optimum roasting profile. Since every coffee is
different, whether through climatic growing conditions or altitude
of the growing environment, the roasting times and temperatures
are also different. We then hand-blend and roast fresh daily in
small batches to achieve maximum consistency and quality in every
roast. This attention to detail in every aspect of our roasting
process results in flavorful, delicious coffee in every cup. |

Dairy products
from Ronnybrook Farm Dairy, Ancramdale
The Ronnybrook Farm Dairy has its own herd and
is also supplied by one local family farm. They are a dairy company
that runs both a dairy farm and a creamery. Their cows are fed
natural grass in summer and corn and hay silage in winter. They
add nothing to their milk-- no hormones no antibiotics no additives
of any kind. Nor do they take any thing away. All they do is pasteurizes
it and bottle it, then truck it directly from farm to you.
"We make milk products the way we have for three
generations, in small batches, delivered at peak freshness, pasteurized
and hormone free. Through this farm, we like to think we keep Nana
and Papa's spirit alive. Through these products, we hope to keep
a small piece of America alive." |
